Return or Exchange of Goods
The goods will not be accepted for return or exchange unless the product is faulty or defective. Non-faulty goods may be subject to an Administration charge. All warranty claims that require return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Any signs of physical damage voids warranty. Please ensure you have a receipt to verify any warranty claims. Your warranty claims and support enquiries should be made via the Contact Us page – simply complete your details and include relevant information so that we can process your enquiry as quickly as possible (ie: invoice number, product name, description of problem, etc).
All warranty claims will require an RMA authorisation before being processed.

We reserve the right to change our product’s prices at any time without further notice. Actual stock quantity is a reflection of estimated quantity based on our many different channels we sell through and can vary accordingly.
We DO NOT accept software back for ANY reason; NO exceptions.
