What’s included
Device Health Checks
An AMT technician checks hardware health, performance and startup, antivirus and security, and operating system and software updates. 1 Year: 2 checks. 2 Years: 4 checks.
IT Consultations
Advice on computers, printers, Wi-Fi, email, software, security, backups, new computer purchases, phones and tablets. Up to 15 minutes each. 1 Year: 4. 2 Years: 8.
Antivirus & Security
An eligible antivirus or internet security licence for your nominated device, with installation and basic setup. The product supplied depends on device compatibility and available licences.
10% Repair Discount
10% off eligible repair labour and service charges during your membership period.
Device Health Checks are maintenance checks, not free repairs. Repairs, replacement parts and additional technical work are charged separately. The repair discount excludes replacement parts, hardware products, software licences, third-party charges, shipping and delivery, and other excluded services.

Frequently asked questions
Does TechCare cover more than one device?
No. Each membership covers one nominated device only.
Can I change my nominated device?
A device change may be approved by AMT Electronics. Please contact us before changing the device.
Are repairs free?
No. TechCare does not include free repairs. Members receive the included Device Health Checks and 10% off eligible repair labour and service charges.
Is the antivirus free?
An eligible antivirus or internet security licence is included for the nominated device during the membership period.
Can I use my membership for my phone?
The membership is linked to one nominated device. Phone, tablet or other device services are not automatically included.
How many health checks and consultations do I get?
1 Year: 2 Device Health Checks and 4 consultations. 2 Years: 4 Device Health Checks and 8 consultations.
Can unused benefits be carried over?
No. Unused benefits expire when the membership period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled in accordance with AMT Electronics’ refund policy and Australian Consumer Law.
